Before you set off, a good breakfast is a must! Whether you're looking for a hot chocolate/croissant on the go to get your skis on quickly, or you just like to take your time, we at Ciel serve you a complete, high-quality breakfast every day.
Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. in a warm, cocooning atmosphere, and consists of :
La Boulangerie: a variety of viennoiseries, traditional baguettes, bread and cakes of the day made by our pastry chef...
The hot buffet: boiled egg machine, scrambled eggs, veal sausages, rösti potatoes, bacon, roasted mushrooms, baked beans...
The Detox Corner: gluten-free bread, gluten-free pastries, homemade detox waters of the day, fresh-cut fruit, dried fruit.
Les Inévitables: smoked salmon, charcuterie, cheeses: meule de Savoie, comté, ewe, fresh fruit salads, fruit and natural yogurts from the Megevan cooperative, fromage frais...
L'Epicerie: jars of mueslis and cereals, jams, spreads, local honeys and maple syrup....
If you'd like a hot drink before 7:30 a.m., all your rooms are equipped with courtesy trays.
You will also find homemade pastries, fresh juices, teas and herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and more. The wine and cocktail menu is also available, so don't hesitate to ask!
OPENING HOURS: Every day from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., served at Ciel. Because sugar cravings don't follow a schedule, our candy bar, "l'Hariboisie," is open 24 hours a day for young and old alike!
