I don't have a car. Will I be able to fully enjoy my stay?

More than ever ! In winter, let our free shuttles take you to the Mont d’Arbois slopes or to the entrance of the pedestrian streets of Megève in a few minutes.

In winter and summer, take the Calvaire path on foot to reach the slopes or the pedestrian streets from the hotel.

Does my vehicle need to be equipped for my stay?

As with any mountain resort, you will be driving on roads with little or no clearance: we strongly advise you to have a vehicle equipped with snow tires or chains.

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is located in Megève, between the pedestrian streets and the Mont d’Arbois.

Does the hotel offer parking?

Two parking lots are available: a free outdoor parking lot & a covered parking lot with a reservation fee (20€ per night or 115€ per week).

What time can I arrive?

The rooms and suites are available from 4 pm. In case of arrival before this time, you can use our luggage room, contact our team at 0033(0)450553590.

At what time must the room be vacated?

The departure time is 11:00 am. Our luggage room is at your disposal if you wish to extend your discovery of the village after this time.

What are the restaurant hours?

Our restaurant Chez Jean is open from 7:30 am to 10:30 am for breakfast and from 7 pm to 10 pm for dinner.

What are the bar hours?

Our bar Le Cellier welcomes you from 7:30 am to 11 pm. All day long, you will be able to taste : cold drinks, hot drinks, cold cuts, cheeses and local products and enjoy our mythical buffet of home-made pastries at snack time.

Can I buy my ski passes and rent my equipment at the hotel?

The ski passes are sold at the reception desk without any extra charge to avoid unnecessary waiting at the ski lifts.

The equipment rental is done at our partner, Le Mont d’Arbois Sport. You can take advantage of their free lockers to drop off your equipment every evening at the foot of the slopes.

Can I book my ski lessons at the hotel?

Yes, contact our experienced designers who will guide you in choosing your courses according to your desires and your level.

Is there a kids club?

Our kids club welcomes your children during the winter school vacations, from 5pm to 10pm, from Sunday to Friday. Information and reservations with our team: 0033(0)450553590.

Do you have cots and other accessories for the little ones?

Baby cots are available free of charge on request.

Other equipment is available for loan: changing mattresses, high chairs, baby bathtubs, etc.

Are my children allowed in the relaxation area and the Deep Nature Spa?

Yes, under the supervision of an adult. However, they are not allowed in the steam room and sauna.

Can I book half-board once I'm there?

Of course, half board can be added until your arrival and guarantees you the reservation of your table every night.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with a supplement on request at the reception.

Is WIFI free?

Yes, the WIFI is free in the whole hotel, without access code.

Do you have a luggage room?

Yes, don’t hesitate to leave your luggage with us the day of your arrival or departure.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No, all our rooms are non-smoking. Remember to ask for a balcony when making your reservation.

I prefer not to give my credit card: how can I pay for my stay?

You can pay your reservation by bank transfer. However, a credit card will be required as a guarantee upon arrival.

What happens if I cancel my reservation?

In case of flexible booking, cancellation is free of charge until 15 days before arrival. After that, charges apply according to the general terms and conditions of sale. In case of non-cancellable and non-refundable reservations, no refund will be made.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, American Express, bank transfers, vacation vouchers and cash are accepted.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the entire hotel as well as the rooms & suites are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
